Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM2 & RCM3) 3-Day Public

The RCM2 3-Day course is a comprehensive and in-depth study of John Moubray’s RCMII work.  The participant will gain the knowledge and understanding of how RCM2 is applied to physical asset management.  The participant will learn how to work in a facilitated RCM2 analysis to develop Operating Context, Functions, Functional Failures, Failure Modes, Effects, understand consequence of failure, and finally how to develop Action Plans.

The RCM3 3-Day course is a comprehensive study of Marius Basson’s RCM3, an enhanced version of RCM2™, the trademark methodology of Aladon. Participants will learn how RCM3 aligns with the ISO Management Systems (ISO 55000 and ISO 31000). How RCM3 is fully integrated with other Business Risk Management Systems like RBI and HAZOP. That, RCM3 is not just another initiative, but a mainstream business risk management process for improving Process Safety and Asset Integrity. And how, the RCM3 risk-based methodology is the only process companies need to maintain and optimize all their assets (rotating, static, civil, mechanical, or electrical).

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM2) Facilitator Training 10-Day

This Facilitator Course introduces the skills necessary to lead RCM2 analysis. An experienced Aladon Certified Practitioner will lead you to an understanding of the 45 competencies a facilitator must possess.  This 10-Day session is based on the application and coaching of real world case studies.

The participants in this course will acquire the 45 competencies required to successfully lead an RCM2 analysis.  Gain an in-depth understanding of the RCM2 concepts and methodology.  Learn how to generate consensus regarding technical problems and their solutions.  Apply the methodology through coached formal case studies and on real assets to ensure sensible and defensible results.  Develop facilitation skills in a controlled, coached environment.
